Our Foundations course offers you the opportunity to train with one of our professional CrossFit coaches in a one-on-one setting. The goal of foundations is to introduce you to core movements within CrossFit, building off our charter of technique, consistency, and intensity. The one-on-one setting allows the coach to meet you where you are in your fitness journey and help set you up for CrossFit success.

Foundations consists of 3 personal training sessions and is required for new members with no CrossFit experience. For new members coming from another CrossFit affiliate or who have taken a similar CrossFit foundations course, the Foundations course is optional.
